摘要
集体备课是组织教师开展集体研读大纲和教材、分析学情、制定学科教学计划、分解备课任务、审定备课提纲、反馈教学实践信息等的系列活动。集体备课在培养高校青年教师中有重要作用,就第四军医大学集体备课情况做了简要介绍,希望对这一教学制度的坚持和改革有所裨益。
Collective lesson planning provides practical advice on how teachers can plan their lessons to avoid chaos in the classroom and includes advice on dealing with differentiation and incorporating best practices in teaching design process. It will help students meet learning objectives for your course. Here the collective lesson planning procedure in the authors＇affiliation was introduced for improving the teaching ability of young teachers.
