摘要
目的:研究孔圣枕中丹及其拆方对小鼠的抗抑郁作用,并探讨该方的配伍关系和配比关系。方法:正交实验设计,采用小鼠强迫游泳和悬尾实验研究孔圣枕中丹及其拆方对小鼠的抗抑郁作用。结果:孔圣枕中丹给药21天,能明显减少小鼠强迫游泳不动时间和悬尾不动时间。结论:孔圣枕中丹可以改善小鼠抑郁状态行为,具有抗抑郁作用,抗抑郁作用的顺序是远志>龙骨>石菖蒲>龟板,最佳剂量配比是:5∶2∶2∶2。
Objective： To investigate the effects of Kongsheng Zhenzhong Pills and its components antidepressant in depressive mouse models,and study the relationship between the parties and the ratio of the compatibility relations.Methods ： The antidepressant effect of Kongsheng Zhenzhong Pills and its components were observed with two behavioral despair experiments of mice forced swimming lest and mice fail suspension lest by orthogonal design.Results ：Administration 21 days,the Forced swimming test and fail suspension test showed that the immobility time of mice was shortened in the Kongsheng Zhenzhong Pills and its components group.Conclusion ：Kongsheng Zhenzhong Pills can improve the behavior of antidepressant mice.The order of antidepressant effect is Polygala tenuifolia Willd〉 Keel 〉Acorus gramineus 〉Carapax Testudinis,the best dose ratio is： 5∶2∶2∶2.
