摘要
针对传统的电机测试系统逻辑运算能力有限及性能不稳定的问题,提出了一种基于ARM和μC/OS-Ⅱ的嵌入式电机测试系统的设计,详细介绍了以高性能ARM微处理器S3C2410X为核心的硬件电路及嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ在S3C2410X上的移植。该系统能够对电机的电压、电流、转速等参数进行实时采集,可以提高测试系统的稳定性和实时性。
For the limited logic operation and performance instability of traditional motor testing systems, this paper puts forward an embedded motor testing system based on ARM andμC/OS-Ⅱ ,and introduces the hardware circuit based on ARM microcontroller S3C2410X in detail, as well as the realization of embedded operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ on S3C2410X. This system is able to acquire the data of motor voltage, current and speed in real-time, which can improve the testing system's stability and real-time ability.
