摘要
心搏骤停是常见的院前急危重症,目前院前急救成功率很低。院前心搏骤停的急救应坚持"四早"原则,并合理使用复苏药物。提高院前心搏骤停复苏成功率的措施有:建立家庭自助急救体系;建立社区/乡村完善的院前急救体系;制定简单易学的院前心肺复苏指南——成人院外的心脑复苏;完善院前急救网络建设;加大现场急救立法,消除法制障碍。
Cardiac arrest is a common pre-hospital severe condition with a low success rate of first aid. Its first aid follows the ＂four-early action＂ principle,in addition to appropriate rescue medication. The measures used to improve the success rate consist of the establishment of home-based self-aid system; the construction of community and rural pre-hospital care system,the constitution of easy and ready-to-use guideline for pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation and adult pre-hospital cardiocerebral resuscitation; the consummation of prehospital first aid network,and the improvement of first aid legislation to eradicate the legal obstacles.
