摘要
目的:研究四肢骨关节结核患者心理特征,探讨个体化心理护理策略在四肢骨关节结核患者中的应用。方法:门诊外科共收治四肢骨关节结核患者16例,对各例患者心理状态进行系统调查,分析、评估患者心理变化特点。结果:患者均有不同程度的抑郁、焦虑等心理障碍。通过交谈、宣教、排解和优化情绪法、消除患者怕残、怕痛、怕传染的心理。结论:根据心理变化规律采取针对性护理有利于患者重新塑造健全人格,有利于治疗方案的顺利完成。
Objective To analyze the psychological feature of limb joints tuberculosis patients and explore the effect of personal mental nursing in these patients.Method For 16 patients diagnosed as limb joints tuberculosis were involved in present study.The psychological features of the patients were systemically evaluated.Results Psychological disorders like depression and anxiety were found in most of the patients.After our explanation and conviction,they all felt better.Conclusion Personal psychological nursing is an effective and easily conducted method for remodeling healthy mentation.
