主动脉弓部手术患者的温度管理(附15例报告)

摘要 目的探讨主动脉弓部手术中深低温体外循环的温度管理策略。方法 15例动脉瘤患者在深低温体外循环选择性脑血流灌注下行主动脉弓部手术。体外循环过程中采用匀速变温和冷复灌的方法进行温度管理,注意检测动脉血气指标、静脉血氧饱和度(SvO2)、鼻咽温度、直肠温度等。结果术中动脉血气指标及SvO2均维持在正常范围内,全组无神经系统并发症,术后无明显体温降低。结论主动脉弓部手术中采用匀速变温、冷复灌技术可取得满意的临床效果。
