摘要
民族主义的基础来自政治民族的支撑,政治民族又是建立在众多文化民族共同拥戴的基础之上;而分裂主义的基础来源于族群民族主义的泛滥,其理论和现实动力均有赖文化民族的支持。文化民族使得分裂主义者和分裂主义运动找到了民族主义的理论基础和思想依靠。经由政治组织的操弄,以及外部势力的干预,文化民族往往成为政治民族形成、政治身份认同的主要基础,也是当前世界范围内民族冲突频发、分裂主义甚嚣尘上的关键所在。
The foundation of the separatist movements originates from the proliferation of ethno-nationalism,whose theoretical and practical dynamics depend on the support of the concept of the cultural nation.This concept allows separatists and secessionist movements to find a theoretical and ideological basis for nationalism.As a result of manipulation by political organizations,as well as the intervention by external forces,the identity of a cultural nation often becomes the main basis of the establishment of a new political nation.This is also the key factor in the frequent ethnic conflicts and widespread secessionism in the world today.
