摘要
目的:探讨比较电针及电针配合耳穴贴压两种疗法对单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法:选取60例女性单纯性肥胖患者,随机分为电针组和电针配合耳穴贴压组两组,每组30例,分别用电针疗法和电针配合耳穴贴压疗法进行治疗。观察治疗前后体重指数、体脂百分比、腰围、臀围的变化,并评价减肥疗效。结果:60例患者治疗前后的体重指数、体脂百分比、腰围、臀围分值均显著下降,有极显著性差异(P<0.01);且电针组和电针配合耳穴贴压组之间患者体重指数、体脂百分比、腰围、臀围的下降值有显著性差异(P<0.05),电针配合耳穴贴压组下降幅度更显著。结论:单纯电针与电针配合耳穴贴压两种疗法对肥胖患者的体重指数、体脂百分比、腰围、臀围均有明显降低作用。并且电针配合耳穴贴压组患者在体重指数、体脂百分比、腰围、臀围分值的下降上更明显,说明综合疗法减肥疗效优于单一疗法。
Objective：To discuss and compare the clinical curative effects of the electro-acupuncture therapy and the electro-acupuncture combined with auricular plaster therapy on the simple obesity. Methods：Female Patients of simple obesity were divided into two groups stochastically：the electro-acupuncture Group and the combined Group. Each group has 30 patients. The patients of electro-acupuncture Group accepted electro-acupuncture therapy. The patients of combined Group accepted electro-acupuncture therapy and ear pressing therapy. Then,detect the changes of the BMI,F% ,waistline,buttock-line. Results：Compared with the scores before the acu-therapy,the BMI,F% ,waistline,buttock-line level in two Group all dropped（ P 0. 01）. And compared with the two groups,the combined Group dropped obviously（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：The effects of the electro-acupuncture therapy and the auricular plaster therapy on the simple obesity were all prominent（ P 0. 01）. But the effect of the combined therapy was better than single therapy（ P 0. 05）.
