摘要
为有效治理义马煤业集团华兴公司煤矿27080工作面特大型奥陶纪灰岩突水,经过对动、静水条件下堵水和强力疏排水等3种方案的技术经济分析,确定了动水条件下井上下立体综合治理技术方案.通过立体疏排水,上下巷截流,两井贯通大巷施工防水闸墙和27区下山施工挡网等手段控制注浆材料扩散,在重叠物探异常区施工钻孔"盖帽"增阻,以及对巷道、采空区、顶底板裂隙、溶隙高压立体注浆,半年内堵水成功,堵水率达到100%.
To effectively controll extra large scale water - inrush of 27080 face in Huaxin branch coal mine of Yima Coal Group, based on comparative analysis of three methods such as blocking under condition of flowing or static and heavy water drainage, the stereo comprehensive controlling technology under flowing condition had been adopted. Through stereo water - drainage, closure in the upper and lower gallery, controlling aggregate diffusion by construction of bulkhead in transfixion roadway and grids in 27 lower mining area, hat - grouting for increasing resistance by grouting in overlapping geophysical abnormity area and high pressure grouting in the process of drilling downward, the water - inrush was controlled successfully after six months, and water blocking rate was reached by 100%
