摘要
目的探讨靶控输注(TCI)雷米芬太尼在小儿气管异物取出术中的半数有效血浆浓度(Cp50)。方法 13月～8岁的患儿22例,TCI雷米芬太尼行支气管异物取出术。采用序贯法测定雷米芬太尼Cp50,术毕即刻观察面罩紧扣通气下PETCO2。记录手术时间、自主呼吸恢复时间及语言刺激下睁眼时间。结果 Cp50为5.1ng/ml,95%可信区间为4.5～6.0ng/ml。结论 TCI雷米芬太尼可满足儿童气管异物取出术的要求,Cp50为5.1ng/ml。
Objective To determine the half-effective plasma concentration （Cp50） of remifentanil administered by target controlled infusion （TCI） on tracheal foreign body removal in children. Methods Twenty-two pediatric patients （1396 month of age） were scheduled for tracheal foreign body removal, TCI remifentanil was given by ＂up and-down＂ method. PETCO2 was observed at the end of the operation. Time to the operation end, the period of autonomous respiration restored and eyes open were recorded. Cp50 and 95% CI were calcualated. Results The Cp50 was 5.1 ng/ml （95%CI： 4.5 6.0 ng/ml）. Conclusion TCI of remifentanil can be well applied to tracheal foreign body removal in child and the Cp50 was 5.1 ng/ml.
