摘要
采用半预聚物法制备PU弹性体，考察了成型温度、成型压力、后熟化时间、混合温度等工艺条件对用旋转注射反应注射成型（RIRIM）机制得的弹性体力学性能的影响。
Polyurethane elastomers were prepared by quasiprepolymerization. The effec ts of moulding temperature, moulding Pressure, curing time and mixture temperature on the mechanical properties of PU elastomers preparedby RlRIM machine have been discussed.
