摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立以Shell63为基本单元的有限元模型。对单主梁门式起重机的最危险工况进行静力学分析和动力学分析,从静强度和模态两个方面对该起重机的安全性作出评价,并为设计类似起重机提出合理建议。
Finite element analysis software ANSYS is used in this paper,based on finite element model the shell63 as the basic unit. Choosed the single girder crane's most dangerous conditions as a target for static analysis and dynamic analysis.From the modal and static strength aspects,evaluated the performance of crane,and made suggestions for crane design.
