科学发展观是推动军队医院建设全面协调发展的重要指导方针。军队医院作为部队官兵生命健康、战斗保障的护航者,在精简整编条件下,医院管理者全面、准确的领会科学发展观的深刻内涵和基本要求,自觉地把科学发展观贯彻到医院管理的各个过程和各个方面,实现医院更好更快发展,进而开创医院建设新局面的重要保证。
As a novel innovative theoretic achievement of Communist Party,the scientific development view is the most important guideline on sustaining development in the progress of construction of military hospital.Military hospitals are the convoy of Chinese soldiers＇ health and the combat supports.Under the condition of reorganization,the managers of hospitals should understand the meaning and basic request of the scientific development view comprehensively and carry it out intentionally in all aspects of the hospital management.So that military hospitals could develop rapidly and a new era of hospital construction would be created.
