摘要
目的改变门诊传统就医模式,为患者就医提供便利。方法采取完善制度、明确职责、简化流程、规范服务、人文关怀、开设便捷门诊、定期例会、信息化管理、建立应急预案等多种措施,实现门诊传统就医模式的转变。结果各项整改措施落实到位后,门诊就医人数、医疗质量、患者满意度及经济收入等,各项指标较前明显进步。结论实现门诊职能转变,满足不同类型患者各种形式的就医需求。
Objective To serve for the patients with the reform of consultation mode in outpatient department.Methods The following measures were carried out,such as perfecting rules and regulations,making clear of duties and responsibilities of medical staff on each level,simplifying consultation process,standardizing medical service,emphasizing humanity care,establishing convenient clinic,periodically communicating on consultation,applying information technology in outpatient clinic,establishing emergency project in need and so on.Results After innovation,the average consulting number in outpatient department was increased significantly,and medical quality,medical income and satisfactory degree to medical staff by questionnaire were significantly improved.Conclusion The traditional consultation mode of outpatient department should be changed as soon as possible,in order to satisfy all kinds of patients' demands.
