摘要
本文以超越对数成本函数为基础,通过在能源要素份额方程中增加能源价格的非对称影响约束,将MES模型与能源价格非对称影响结合起来,建立了测算能源消费反弹效应的理论分析框架,并运用该框架和中国工业部门的能源、经济时间序列数据,测算了中国工业部门能源消费的反弹效应。实证研究发现,中国工业部门的反弹效应为39.48%,虽然高于发达国家的水平,但是工业部门能源效率的提高整体呈现出能源节约的特征。
Based on a generalized translog cost function and considered asymmetry impact of energy price in the equation of energy share, this study sets up the theoretical analysis framework of estimating rebound effect of energy consumption by combining the MES and asymmetry impact of energy price, and firstly estimates the rebound effect of energy consumption of China industrial sector using time series data. When allowing for asymmetric price effects the rebound effect is found to be approximately 39.48% for the China industrial sector, higher than the level of developed countries, but the industrial sector energy efficiency improvements as a whole has shown energy- saving features.
