摘要
为了尽快地将抗病转基因烟草品种应用于生产，在选育抗病优良株系的同时，进行了转基因株系的大田抗病性鉴定。结果表明：（１）在田间自然发病情况下，转基因烟草的ＮＣ８９各株系的发病率及病情指数显著低于对照ＮＣ８９，对ＣＭＶ的相对防治效果为５５％－７０％，表现较强的抗病性；同时对ＴＭＶ也有一定的抗病力；（２）转基因烟草的产量。
In order to apply the disease resistant transgenic tobacco plants to production quickly,assessed the disease resistance of transgenic tobacco strains in field during selecting the more disease resistant strains.The results is as follows:(1) The percentage of infection and disease index of each strain of transgenic tobacco NC89 is lower than the control NC89 in natural infection in field,and the relative efficiency of control of transgenic tobacco strains to CMV is 55%-70%,in the meantime some transgenic tobacco NC89 strains have disease resistance to TMV also;(2) The product and output value of transgenic tobacco is higher than the control.
