摘要
目的:探讨各种因素对抗肿瘤药物不良反应发生的影响及特点,以减少抗肿瘤药物不良反应的发生。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,收集我院2009年门诊、住院患者的57例抗肿瘤药物不良反应报告,对抗肿瘤药物种类、涉及的系统/器官及性别、年龄进行统计分析。结果:女性患者居多,占64.91%;51～60岁患者居多,占52.63%;铂类药物引发的不良反应发生率最高,占47.37%,主要为恶心、呕吐和腹泻;所累及的系统中,消化系统所占比例最高,达21.67%。结论:应重视抗肿瘤药物不良反应的监测工作,做好不良反应的预防和处理。
Objective：To analyze the influence of various factors on adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by anti-cancer drugs and elucidate the characteristics of ADR,so as to reduce its incidence.Methods：Retrospective analysis method was used.Fifty-seven reports of ADR from the outpatients and inpatients in our hospital were collected and a statistical analysis on the clinical data including kinds of anti-cancer drugs,harmed systems or organs,sex and age of patients was made.Results：Anti-cancer drugs-induced ADR mainly occurred in female patients（64.91%） and 51-60 years old patients（52.63%）.The platinum-induced ADR had the highest incidence（47.37%）,which mainly included nausea,vomiting and diarrhea.ADR mainly affected gastrointestinal system（21.67%）.Conclusion：Great attention should be paid to the work of monitoring ADR induced by anti-cancer drugs and our best should be paid to prevent ADR.
