摘要
以丹参为原料,采用95%乙醇水溶液为溶剂提取丹参酮ⅡA。在不同丹参颗粒粒径及不同温度下对丹参酮ⅡA的传质动力学进行了研究。基于F ick第二定律,采用分离变量法得到丹参酮ⅡA提取动力学模型。通过实验检验,模拟结果与实验数据吻合较好。模型能为丹参酮ⅡA提取工艺的优化提供有价值的理论依据。
95%ethanol was used as solvent to extract tanshinoneⅡA from salvia miltiorrhiza bunge.The mass transfer kinetics of extraction at different parlicle size of salvia miltiorrhiza bunge and different extractive temperature were investigated.And a kinetic model for tanshinoneⅡA extraction process was presented based on Fick's second 1aw of diflusion.Finally The kinetic model is proved to be in good agreement with the experimental data.Therefore the mode can provide the valuable theory basis for the technical design and extraction process optimization of tanshinoneⅡA.
