摘要
土地复垦项目规划设计的合理性是土地复垦项目投资合理性的前提。首先分析了线形工程项目占地复垦对象和传统的土地复垦项目规划设计思路的特点,然后结合线形项目占地复垦对象的特点对传统复垦规划设计思路进行了改进,并结合南水北调满城段土地复垦项目对改进的规划设计思路进行了说明。
For a land reclamation project,the rationality of planning and design is the premise of the investment rationality.Firstly,the paper analyzes the characters of reclaiming objects of linear projects and that of the traditional thinking of planning and design about the land reclamation project.Then based on these characters,the paper improves the traditional thinking of planning and design about the land reclamation of linear projects.In the end,the paper illustrates the improved thinking,taking for instance the land reclamation project of the Middle Route Project of the South-to-north Water Transfer in Mancheng County.
