The Compression Mechanical Properties of C5-6、T12-L1、L4-5 Intervertebral Disc and Adjacent Vertebral Body

摘要 对比分析C5-6、T12-L1、L4-5椎间盘与相邻椎体的压缩力学性质,确定不同部位的椎间盘与相邻椎体是否具有不同的压缩力学性质。人死后1 h内解剖取出死者C1-S1脊柱标本,以线锯切取C5-6、T12-L1、L4-5椎间盘与相邻椎体标本各13个。在日本岛津电子万能实验机上进行实验。实验速度为5mm/min,以统计分析和t检验的方法处理实验数据。L4-5组椎间盘与相邻椎体最大载荷大于T12-L1和C5-6组,差异显著(P<0.01);C5-6组最大位移大于L4-5组和T12-L1组,差异显著(P<0.01);L4-5组椎间盘与相邻椎体最大应力大于C5-6和T12-L1组,差异显著(P<0.01);C5-6组椎间盘与相邻椎体最大应变大于L4-5和T12-L1组,差异显著(P<0.01)。C5-6、T12-L1、L4-5椎间盘与相邻椎体标本的压缩力学性质有一定区别。 To analysis the compression mechanical properties of C5-6、T12-L1、L4-5 intervertebral disc and adjacent vertebral body,and determine the disc and adjacent vertebral body of different parts whether have the different compression mechanical properties.The C1-S1 spinal specimens of human were teken out within 1 h after death.13 specimens of C5-6、T12-L1、L4-5 intervertebral disc and adjacent vertebral body were resected by the method of line saw.The test was done on the Japan shimadzu electronic universal testing aircraft.Experimental speed was 5 mm/min,statistical analysis and t test approach were used to process the experimental data.The maximum load of intervertebral disc and adjacent vertebral body of L4-5 group were greater than that of T12-L1 and C5-6 group,the difference was significant(P0.01);The maximum displacement of C5-6 group was greater than that of L4-5 group and T12-L1 group,the difference was significant(P0.01);The maximum stress of the L4-5 intervertebral disc and adjacent vertebral body were greater than that of C5-6 group and the T12-L1 group,the difference was significant(P0.01);The maximum strain of the C5-6 intervertebral disc and adjacent vertebral body were greater than that of L4-5 group and the T12-L1 group,the difference was significant(P0.01).There are a distinction between the compression mechanical character of C5-6,T12-L1,L4-5 specimens.
