摘要
目的探讨发展性照顾对早产儿体重增长与康复期的影响。方法将160例早产儿随机分为对照组76例和实验组84例。对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组采用发展性照顾实施护理。分别观察体重增长速度和住院天数。结果两组体重增长速度和住院天数比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论发展性照顾可以促进早产儿体重增长,缩短住院时间。
Objective Explore the effect of developmental care on premature children.Methods 160 premature children were randomly divided into control group（76 students） and experimental group（84 students）two groups.The children in contrul group received routine care methods while that received the developmental care.And,observe the weight increasement speed and hospitalization days of these premature children.Result There is great differences of weight increasement and hospitalization days in two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Developmental care can promote weight increasement and shorten hospitalization days of premature children.
