摘要
农业科研经费管理是农业科研管理中的一个重要环节,通过对农业科研经费管理中存在问题的分析,结合我国农业科研经费管理的实践,从加强管理、理顺关系、完善制度等方面提出了改进对策.
Research funds＇ management of agriculture is an important links.This paper through analysis the problems of agriculture research funds＇ management,and combine the practice of it,puts forward some effective countermeasure.
