摘要
为探讨低温-高温激变诱导豌豆同源多倍体的新方法,控制人工气候室低温1~3℃、高温30~35℃和棚室低温0~-3℃、高温30~35℃诱变豌豆多倍体。试验结果表明,在人工气候室1~3℃低温、30~35℃高温激变条件下,处理豌豆现蕾初期的植株,可诱导14.10%~18.12%2n花粉粒的产生;在棚室0~-3℃低温、30~35℃高温进行温度激变处理,可促发0.8%~1.6%豌豆同源多倍体的发生。
To research the new approach of inducing homologous polyploidy pea with low-high temperature violent change,the experiments were carried out in artificial climatic chamber provided low temperature 1℃ to 3℃ and high temperature 30℃ to 35℃ and in greenhouse provided low temperature 0℃ to-3℃ and high temperature 30℃ to 35℃.The plants in flower budding stage were treated in the artificial climatic chamber for 10d,14.10% to 18.12% 2n pollen grains were induced.0.8% to 1.6% homologous polyploidy pea mutants were obtained with heat and cold shock in the greenhouse.
