摘要
介绍了声波振荡解堵器的工作原理及工艺条件,并针对冀东油田不同井况的浅层水平井,对声波振荡解堵工艺的动力液、施工参数及合理混气量等进行了优化。2009年冀东油田共应用7井次,有效率100.0%,平均单井增油3.88t,含水下降13.6%,动液面平均上升672m,累计增油1631.9t,共创造产值101.1万元,取得了明显的效果;该工艺首次应用于浅层水平井,它具有选择性解堵、综合改善水平井段产液剖面,减少二次伤害等显著特点。
The operational principles and technological conditions were introduced.And based on the different conditions of shallow horizontal wells,the fluid,construction parameters and the ratio of gas were optimized.It was applied in seven wells.The effectiveness was as follows:effective percentage was 100%;the increase of individual well oil output was 3.88tin average;the decrease ratio of water was 13.6%;the increase of producing fluid level was 672m,the increase of oil was 1631.9taccumulatively,the total value of output was 1011thousand yuan.The effects were obvious.The broken-down technique of sound wave oscillation is applied to the superficial horizontal wells for the first time.This new technology can acidize selectively,improve the profile control of liquid and decrease the formation damage.
