摘要
目的了解北京市助产士的核心技能水平。方法应用助产实践核心技能评估表对北京市321名助产士进行调查。结果助产士助产实践核心技能得分为297.78±64.09,其中分娩期保健相关技能评分最高,孕前保健和计划生育指导相关技能评分最低。职称、在助产行业工作的时间是影响助产士核心技能的主要因素(均P<0.01)。结论助产士助产实践核心技能侧重于分娩期保健,在助产专业的人文性和社会性方面较为薄弱。应明确助产士的职责范围,建立完善的助产专业教育体系来提高助产士技能和素质。
Objective To identify of essential competencies for midwifery practice in Beijing midwives.Methods A total of 321 midwives in Beijing were investigated by using a questionnaire designed according to the essential competency list built by International Confederation of Midwives.Results The average score of essential competencies for midwifery practice was 297.78±64.09.The competency of care during labor and birth had the highest scores,while the competency of pre-pregnancy care and family birth control guidance had the lowest scores.Midwives＇ technical title,and length of practice had significant impact on their essential competencies for midwifery practice.Conclusion Beijing midwives have exllent competency of care during labor and birth,and the competencies about humanities and social sciences are less satisfactory.We should identify the duty of midwives,and build up a profound educational system of midwifery practice so as to improve midwives＇ skills and quality.
