摘要
影响少数民族大学生就业取向的因素众多,通过对新疆大学少数民族学生进行就业意向问卷调查和深入访谈,并结合他们高考志愿填报和毕业就业去向情况,从少数民族成长环境、家庭影响、中学教育、大学专业教育、择业观念变化、就业选择等多方面,分析讨论少数民族学生对职业发展、经济发展、市场需求、职业能力培养、择业偏好等认知方面的特点,客观分析了影响少数民族学生就业困难的主要因素,并针对发现的问题,从多层次提出相关建议。
With a questionnaire and an interview of the ethnic minority students in Xinjiang University, this article, in light of theis enrollment intention forms and their employments, discusses and analyzes their understanding of career development, economic development, market demands, professional training, and employment priorities from the perspectives of their living environment, family backgrounds, middle school education, professional education in the University, changes of their employment and employment options. It points out the main factors that influence their employment and further put forward relevant suggestions.
