摘要
为给气吸式播种机吸嘴结构的优化设计提供依据,采用CFD方法对不同结构参数吸嘴的三维流场进行数值模拟及分析,得到吸嘴端口结构形式及参数与吸附性能的影响关系。仿真结果表明:吸嘴吸附性能强弱关系为V型>U型>A型,吸附能力随口径增加而增强,导程对吸附性能影响较小,在吸嘴端口开设合适锥形角有利于提高取种精度。
CFD method was used to analyze the 3D flow fields of nozzles of different structural parameters.Simulation results show that the relationship strength of the absorbablity of the nozzles were VUA,and he absorbablity increased when the diameter increased.The lead had a comparatively slight influence on opening appropriate conelike angles at the ends of nozzles will help precision of getting seeds.
