摘要
目的:建立酸枣仁颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD测定了知母中菝葜皂苷元的含量,采用TLC对酸枣仁、知母进行定性鉴别。结果:菝葜皂苷元在0.672~5.040μg峰面积常用对数值对进样量常用对数值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.99938,平均回收率97.5%,RSD 1.22%,TLC能对酸枣仁、知母进行专属定性分析。结论:所建立的方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测,重复性好,可作为酸枣仁颗粒的质量控制。
Objective:To establish quality standard for Suanzaoren Granules.Method:Smilax Sapogenin in Rhizoma anemarrhenae was determined by HPLC-ELSD.Senmen ziziphi spinosae,Rhizoma anemarrhenae were identified by TLC.Result:Smilax Sapogenin was linear in the range of 0.672-5.040 μg,r = 0.999 38.The average recovery was 97.5%,RSD was 1.22%.Senmen ziziphi spinosae,Rhizoma anemarrhenae could be identified by TLC.Conclusion:The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Suanzaoren Granules.
