直肠癌术前辅助治疗进展 被引量：3

摘要 在局部晚期直肠癌及中低位直肠癌治疗中，综合治疗日益受到重视。与术后放化疗相比，新辅助放化疗提高了肿瘤局部控制率，增加了患者的保肛率，急性毒副反应可以耐受。新辅助同步放化疗在欧美国家已成为Ⅱ／Ⅲ期直肠癌的标准治疗。
