基于驻涡燃烧室的贫油熄火经验关系式初探 被引量:1

A Preliminary Study on Empirical Correlation of Lean Blow-out Based on Trapped Vortex Combustor

摘要 驻涡燃烧室(TVC)与传统旋流燃烧室相比采用不同稳焰方式。在前期试验研究的基础上对其贫油熄火(LBO)性能进行归纳总结,参考并与Lefebvre基于化学反应的贫油熄火经验关系式相比较,提出适用于采用煤油为燃料、蒸发管方式供油的驻涡燃烧室的贫油熄火经验关系式。针对驻涡燃烧室提出的贫油熄火经验关系式包含了蒸发管雾化性能、主流气流量和凹腔卷吸气流量等因素,对比经验关系式的预测结果与试验结果,最大误差在15%以内。 The trapped vortex combustor (TVC) is different from traditional combustors in its combustion method.Based on previous experimental studies,a preliminary study on the empirical correlation of lean blow-out (LBO) is conducted on a TVC.Compared with Lefebvre’s empirical correlation of LBO,the proposed new empirical correlation in this article agrees better with the experimental data of TVC.The new empirical correlation takes into consideration the effect of the atomizing performance of the evaporation tube,the mainstream flow rate,the entrainment of mainstream flow of the cavity,etc.The resultant LBO data from the new correlation are consistent with experimental observation under different operating conditions,and the largest error is less than 15%.
