摘要
通过利用热力学和流体力学理论推导出,在一定的温度、瓦斯压力与死空间体积等条件下,煤样罐内死空间涌出的初始释放瓦斯膨胀能的计算表达式;应用正交实验法进行一系列死空间初始释放瓦斯膨胀能实验,基于MATLAB软件建立一系列条件下的该实验数据库,据此验证一些实验测定的数值,经对比理论值和实验值,两者差距较小,很好的满足工程需要。
Based on thermodynamics and fluid mechanics theory , under certain condition: Temperature, gas pressure and dead space volume and so on, the calculation expression of initial release of gas expansion energy which the dead space of coal tank emission is derived ; Used orthogonal experiment method, a series of the initial release of gas expansion testes which dead space gushed out had been done, based on MATLAB - software, a series of experiments database was established under a lot of conditions , Accordingly, some experimental verification of the value were determined , After the contrast theoretical value and the actual value, both the difference is smaller, which is very good to meet project needs.
