摘要
电子政务是实施国家信息化战略的核心驱动力量.各级政府及行政部门都已积极着手建设,但在实际实施过程中,却存在"各自为政"、"重复建设"、"数字鸿沟"等一系列问题.文章提出电子政务系统框架模型,以期弥补电子政务在系统规划、顶层设计方面的缺陷.
E-government is the core driving power in the state＇s informatization strategy.Although all levels of government and administrative department have actively put hands to the development of E-government,there exist a series of problems such as ＂lack of coordination＂,＂duplication of similar projects＂ and ＂digital wide gap＂.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward the frame pattern of E-government system,so as to make up for the defect of the system layout and top-level design in E-government.
