摘要
在ＳＭＴ（表面贴装）中，其质量缺陷大约６３％以上源于丝网印刷；如何控制丝网印刷工艺，保证印制电路板（ＰＣＢ）贴装／焊接质量的优良是ＳＭＴ中不容忽视的技术要素。
In surface mount technology,60 % qualily imperfection results from the improper performance of screen printing.No doubt,how to control screen printing thus ensuring the perfect quality of surface mount on printed circuit board is an important technical element that cannot be overlooked.This essay is aimed to analyse the effect of screen printing on the quality of surface mount technology and put forward the countermeasurs that is conducive to quality improvement.
