摘要
目的:用内毒素滴注法建立牙周炎动物模型,为牙周炎的病理研究及治疗提供研究工具。方法:将36只Wistar大鼠随机分成三组:正常对照组(N)、空白对照组(C)和模型组(M)。锐分离C组和M组大鼠上颌左侧第一磨牙(M1)颊舌侧牙龈,M组滴入10μL1mg/mL内毒素混悬液,C组滴入生理盐水10μL;同法操作3次,每次间隔2d;同时造模期间,两组动物均用高糖粘性牛奶代替饮用水饲养。造模后观察实验动物一般生物学特征和牙周组织病理变化。结果:8d后M组动物一般生物学特征和牙周组织病理变化均符合典型牙周炎表现。结论:内毒素滴注法建立的牙周炎大鼠模型可以模拟人类牙周炎的组织变化。
Objective:A novel periodontitis model was established by endotoxin instillation in order to supply a new way for the research of pathology and therapeutic of periodontitis.Method:The buccolingual gingival of the maxillary first molar on the left of Wistar rats was sharply separated.10 μL 1 mg/mL endotoxin was dropped in the gingival of the every model animal,and 10 μL physiological saline was dropped in the gingival of the every control animal.The same operation was replied for 3 times every 2 days.Meanwhile during the period of the model preparation,the model animals and the control animals were fed by milk with high-sugar of viscosity.After model preparation,the general biological characteristics and pathological change of periodontal tissue of the experimental animals was observed.Result:8 days later,the general biological characteristics and pathological change of periodontal tissue of the model animals was dramatically according with the typical human periodontitis.Conclusion:The periodontitis rat model to be established by endotoxin instillation can simulate the human periodontitis.
