摘要
目的建立荷叶降脂胶囊微生物限度检查方法。方法采用平皿记数法,接种5种试验菌验证。分别计算各试验菌的回收率。结果各试验菌的回收率均高于70%。控制菌(大肠埃希菌)采用常规法可检出。结论采用常规法可以进行荷叶降脂胶囊的微生物限度检查。
Objective To establish a method for microbial limit test of Heye Jiangzhi Capsules.Methods Adopting the method of plate counting to gain the experimental result based on the recovery by vaccinating 5 kinds of the test-strains.Results Reaching more than 70% of recovery rate of each test-strains.Conventional test method could be adopted for control acteria（Escherichia coli）.Conclusion Conventional method could be adopted for microbial limit test of Heye Jiangzhi Capsules.
