摘要
目的:建立猪胆粉HPLC特征图谱。方法:应用Waters Symmetry C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.2%甲酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱(0～35min,甲醇50%→80%;35～39min,甲醇80%→90%;39～43min,甲醇90%→50%),流速:0.6mL.min-1;柱温:40℃;ELSD为检测器,漂移管温度:85℃,载气为高纯氮气,流量:1.5L.min-1。结果:通过分析12批样品,确定了7个共有峰,建立了猪胆粉的HPLC特征图谱。结论:该方法简便准确,灵敏度高,可作为猪胆粉的质量评价的依据之一。
Objective：To establish a method of specific chromatogram analysis on Suis Fellis Pulvis by HPLC.Methods：The HPLC method was used,chromatography condition was Waters Symmetry C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） colum,methanol（A）-0.2% formic acid solution（B） system as mobile phase with gradient elution （0–35 min,50%→80% A;35–39 min,80%→90% A;39–43 min,90%→50% A）.Flow rate was 0.6 mL·min-1,the column temperature was set at 40 ℃.ELSD was used as the detector,and the drift tube temperature was 85 ℃ and the nitrogen flow rate was 1.5 L·min-1.Results：By analyzing 12 batches of samples,7 common peaks were found and the HPLC specific chromatogram of Suis Fellis Pulvis was established.Conclusion：The method is good in the aspect of simplicity and sensitivity.It can be used for quality control for Suis Fellis Pulvis.
