Definition and diagnosis of acute kidney injury in children

摘要 近年来，国际肾脏病和急救医学界趋向用急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury，AKI）来取代传统的急性肾衰竭（acute renal failure，ARF）。ARF是发生在各种临床情况之下（儿童或成人，门诊或住院，ICU或非ICU患者）的一种复杂的肾功能紊乱，是由多种原因导致肾小球滤过率突然和持续性下降，尿素和其他代谢产物在血液中蓄积而出现显著的水电解质紊乱、代谢性酸中毒及氮质血症的一组危重临床综合征。
