摘要 在摩托车钳体件间接挤压铸造模具设计的基础上,借助三维建模软件Pro/ENGINEER对模具进行三维建模,在3ds Max中成功实现了对模具开模、出件及合模的运动仿真,以观察模具运动有无干涉,进而优化结构。在JSCAST中成功模拟了铸件的充型凝固过程,针对模拟结果预测的缺陷进行方案改进以及工艺参数优化,达到了节约生产成本,获得优质铸件的目的。 Based on the design of the motorcycle brake parts clamp body's indirect squeeze casting die,three-dimensional model has been built with the software Pro/ENGINEER.3ds Max is utilized to simulate the mold-opening,mold-unloading and mold-closing of the squeeze casting die with satisfactory results,and make sure the structure is correct.Finally,JSCAST is successfully used to simulate the filling and solidification process of casting,and the contingent defect is forecasted.According to the simulation result,the measure of improving and the optimization of process parameters have been presented,and the goal of less cost and quality casting are achieved.
