摘要
后循环缺血是指供应脑部的椎基底动脉缺血引起的病变,是常见的缺血性脑血管病。后循环缺血临床表现以眩晕为主,占患者的80%以上,且常为首发症状。近20年来,随着临床深入研究和脑影像学技术发展,人们对后循环缺血性脑血管病的概念、病因病机及诊治有了新的认识,文章主要对近几年来后循环缺血性眩晕的中西医研究进展做以简单综述,以其能对眩晕的临床诊治有所帮助。
Posterior circulation Ischemia is due to the pathological changes of the Vertebrobasilar,it is common ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Vertigo is the main clinical manifestations of posterior circulation ischemia,accounted for more than 80% of patients,and often is the first symptom.In recent 20 years,with in-depth study of clinical and technology developing of brain imaging,doctors have a new understanding on the concept of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases,include pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment.This article is mainly summarized the developings of Posterior circulation Ischemia vertigo in recent years,expect can be helpful to diagnosis and treatment for vertigo.
