摘要
本文介绍了汉字属性系统ＣＷＡＳ的设计基本思想，提出用规则来约束汉字属性的分解和处理，从而使得汉字属性的处理和分解规范化，系统提供了完善的汉字属性及属性服务功能．
This paper interduces the main idea of a chinese word attribute system CWAS, it propose that useing rules to restrain the decomposing and disposing of chinese words attribute, this made the decomposing and disposing of chinese word attirbute standardization.
