经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗并发指引导管打折嵌顿一例 被引量:5

摘要 患者女,62岁,因"发作性心前区绞痛2周"入院.既往无高血压、糖尿病病史.入院查体:血压130/80 mm Hg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),神志清楚,两肺呼吸音清,心率85次/min,律齐,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音.辅助检查:心电图:窦性心律,V1~V6导联ST段压低>0.1 mV;胸部X线片未见异常;超声心动图:各房室内径正常,左室舒张功能减退;血糖、血脂、肝肾功能均正常.诊断:冠心病,不稳定型心绞痛.
