摘要
目的:观察益胃汤(YWD)对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,初步探讨YWD治疗EMs的作用机制。方法:采用大鼠自体子宫内膜移植建立子宫内膜异位症(内异症)大鼠模型。将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型对照组、达那唑对照组、YWD高、中、低剂量组,另设假手术对照组,连续给药4周后,测定异位内膜体积,采用流式细胞技术检测外周血T细胞CD4+和CD8+。结果:与模型对照组比较,YWD各剂量组异位内膜体积显著缩小(P<0.05),抑制率明显升高(P<0.05),CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值增高,CD8+降低。结论:YWD对大鼠EMs有一定的治疗作用,调节外周T细胞亚群紊乱可能是其治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制之一。
Objective：To research the effect on T Cell semi-group in endometriosis Rats of YiWei Decoction（YWD）,and evaluate the mechanism of it preliminarily.Methods：EMs model rats were randomly divided into high dose YWD treated group,middle dose YWD treated group,low dose YWD treated group,Danazol treated group and mode1 group.Another,sham operation group were acted as control group.The volume of ectopic endometrium and inhihitory rate in Rats 0f TWD were observed.The CD4＋and CD8＋T cell in peripheral blood of endometriosis rats were detected by Flow cytometer.Results：Compared with model group,volumes of ectopic endometrium of YWD treated groups deflated after four weeks treated（P0.05）,and inhibitory rates advanced（P0.05）,and The CD4＋T cell and the ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ in periphery of endometriosis rats increased evidently,while the CD8＋ T cell were detected.Conclusion：YWD shows certain treatment on endometriosis of rats.It is possible for the mechanisms that YWD can modulate T cell semi-group in peripheral blood of endometriosis rats.
