摘要 探讨一种无捻包芯带子纱纺纱装置的改进方案。分析了普通内转式针筒纺制无捻包芯带子纱的原理及存在的问题。通过对常规外转式小针筒织带机结构原理的分析,找出了纺制无捻包芯带子纱存在的技术难点,设计并实施了技术改造方案,改进后的纺纱装置很好地解决了普通外转式针筒在纺纱过程中芯纱与饰纱相互干扰的问题,可实现一步顺利地纺制无捻包芯带子纱。与原来的内转式针筒纺纱装置相比,不仅成纱具有较高的强力、平滑柔顺、手感好,而且省去了芯纱加捻和带子退捻两道工序,提高了生产效率。 Spinning device modification of twistless core-spun belt yarn was discussed. Principle and problems of spinning twistless core-spun belt yarn by common inner needle cylinder were analyzed. Through analyzing structural principle of conventional outer small needle cylinder tape loom, technological difficulties of spinning twistless core-spun belt yarn were found out. Technology modifications were designed and carried out. Mutual interference of core yarn and effect yarn could be resolved better after modifying spinning device on common outer small needle cylinder, twistless core-spun belt yarn could be produced much more successfully. Comparing with common inner needle cylinder device, the finish yarn strength is larger,hand touch is better and smoother,processes of twisting core yarn and detwisting belt yarn could be avoided, production efficiency could be increased.
