摘要
通过对传统SAW器件的叉指换能器(IDT)的δ函数模型进行分析,研究了δ函数模型的改进方法。将一根叉指指条分解成若干个边长为αik的正方形,并把这个正方形而不是整根叉指条看成一个独立声波激发源,表示为基本δ函数单元,这可引入叉指指条宽度及耦合孔径等影响SAW器件性能的因素,仿真分析及实验结果表明,改进后的δ函数模型更适合对变迹加权后的IDT进行精确计算。
The traditional δ function model of described IDT was analyzed.The improvement way of δ function model of IDT was studied.An interdigital finger is divided into several squares with αik side length.Each square is seen as an independent acoustic wave excitation source and is expressed as basic δ function unit.The interdigital finger width as well as the coupling aperture and other factors can be introduced into basic δ function unit as the impact of SAW device's performance.Through the simulation and test,it shows that the improved δ function model is more suitable for accurate calculation on apodized IDT
