摘要
利用EDA技术,将计数延时电路、逻辑运算电路、时序检测电路、数字滤波电路等烧录到一片CPLD芯片中,加上外围的光电隔离电路、A/D转换电路、输出驱动电路等,做成集成度高的具有开关量信号、模拟信号输入和开关量控制输出的专用中小型医院废水处理系统。再加上外围电路组成集成度高、抗干扰性强、可靠性高的低压选择性漏电保护装置,提高了集成度。与专用PLC相比较,本设计具有很高的性价比和广泛推广意义。
With the application of EDA technology,a highly-integrated wastewater treatment system for small and medium hospitals,characterized by binary signal,analog signal input and output of dedicated volume control,is designed through burning the counting delay circuit,logical operation circuit,timing detection circuit,digital filter circuit,etc.onto a CPLD chip,coupled with peripheral optical isolation circuit,A / D conversion circuit,output driver circuit,etc..Aided by low-voltage selective leakage protection device with good performance in integration,anti-interference and reliability,which consists of the peripheral circuit,its integration is greatly improved.Compared with special PLC,higher price/performance ratio and wider promotion meaning is observed in this product.
