超临界CO_2萃取牡蛎中多不饱和脂肪酸的工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 以牡蛎干粉的提油率及牡蛎粉中三种重要的多不饱和脂肪酸(EPA、DHA及GLA)的提取量(mg/g牡蛎粉)为评价指标,分别研究夹带剂的选择和用量百分比、萃取压力、萃取温度及萃取时间对超临界CO2流体萃取牡蛎粉中DHA、EPA和GLA提取量的影响。结果表明,超临界CO2流体萃取牡蛎粉中多不饱和脂肪酸最佳条件为:夹带剂为无水乙醇,夹带剂用量百分比为25%,萃取压力20MPa,萃取温度35℃,萃取时间120min,收集压力30MPa,收集温度50℃。在此条件下,牡蛎干粉的提油率为8.14%,三种多不饱和脂肪酸的提取量达到22.26mg/g。 Influence of cosolvent, the employing quantity of cosolvent, extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time was studied.The extraction oil rate of freeze-dried oyster powder and the extraction amount of three polyunsaturated fatty acids were as the indicator in the research.The best extraction conditions was: the cosolvent free-water C2H5OH,and the employing quantity was 25% of the overall used raw material, extraction pressure 20MPa, extraction temperature 35℃, extraction time 120min, collection pressure 30MPa and collection temperature 50℃. Under these conditions, oyster oil extraction rate was 8.14%, the extraction amount of three PUFAs in oyster powder reached 22.26mg/g.
