摘要
初步探讨了以三丙酮氨与己二胺为原料合成N,N-二(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)己二胺,并对不同的工艺路线和反应的影响因素如催化剂、温度等进行了研究,发现以Pd/C为催化剂的一步法有着明显的三丙酮氨开环副反应,给出复杂的反应混合物。
This paper studies the synthesis of N,N bis(2,2,6,6 tetrametyl 4 piperidonyl) 1,6 hexandiamine with triacetonamine and 1,6 hexandiamine as starting materials.The factors influencing the reaction include different synthetic routes,catalysts and temperature.It was found that the ring open side reaction of triacetoamine proceeds in considerable extent to afford a complicated reaction mixture in the presence of Pd/C catalyst in one pot route,but when Rany Ni was employed,the desired product,light stabilizer 944 intermediate,was obtained in 74% yield by the two seps route.
