摘要
以炭黑表面大量存在的芳香族稠环化学物为基础,以缩合反应引进羟甲基,并利用羟甲基和铈离子之间的氧化还原引发反应探讨丙烯酸酯单体在炭黑表面的接枝聚合反应。
A redox system consisting of ceric ion and hydroxymethyl groups on carbon black was capable of initiating the radical polymerization of acrylate The introduction of hydroxymethyl groups on carbon black surface was achieved by reaction of formaldehyde with carbon black in the presence of basic catalysts The effects of the HEMA/AA ratio, the concentration of ceric ion and HNO 3, reaction time and the monomer content on the grafting efficiency were investigated The result of SEM showed that the hyperdispersed polyacrylate g carbon could disperse well in water
