摘要
车方机床利用刀具和工件同向旋转的复合运动,实现了在圆柱面上完成对称平面的切削,具有很高的生产效率.以内摆线形成原理,对车方机床车削平面的原理进行了分析,从数学上推导了车方机床车削的复合运动轨迹,同时对车方机床的车削质量进行了分析和讨论,为机械加工的选择提供了一定的参考.
Lathe of turning flat surface is based on rotating the workpiece with the compound movement to achieve symmetry surface in the cylindrical through turning and high production efficiency.Based on cycloid formed principle,the lathe of turning flat surface principle is analyzed,deriving composite trajectory of lathe of turning flat surface,and the quality is discussed,which provides some reference for machining choose.
