摘要
传统观点忽视了企业的环境社会责任,走了一条"先污染后治理、污染不治理"的道路。随着日益严峻的环境问题,人们开始认识到企业在实现自身及股东利益最大化的同时,应承担环境保护的责任。该文通过分析我国企业环境社会责任缺失的原因,试图找出促进企业承担环境社会责任的对策,从而促进我国社会的可持续发展。
The traditional view of economic development ignores the social responsibility of enterprises for the environment,taking the road of ＂removal after pollution or no removal of pollution＂.Considering the increasingly serious environmental problems,people begin to realize that enterprises should assume the responsibility for environmental protection when pursuing a maximum benefit for themselves and their shareholders.This paper,by analyzing the reasons for enterprises＇ unawareness of the social responsibility for the environment,aims to finding some countermeasures to make enterprises undertake their social responsibility for environment so as to promote the sustainable development of our society.
